JSP Developers Private Limited ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information across all our mobile applications (the "Apps"), websites and related services.

This consolidated Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by JSP Developers Private Limited on app stores (including Google Play), our websites, APIs and services. It is written to align with Google Play's Data Safety requirements and key international laws such as the GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

Depending on the App and features you use, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Device & technical data: Device model, OS version, app version, language, country, crash reports, performance logs, IP address and advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID).
• Usage & analytics: App usage events, screens visited, session length and interaction telemetry for improving the App.
• Personal information: Name, email or other contact details you provide when you register, subscribe or contact support.
• Payments & subscriptions: Transaction IDs, subscription status and receipts (payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store card numbers).
• Location: Approximate or precise location only if you grant permission and the App feature requires it.
• User content: Photos, text or other media you upload through App features (only if the feature requires it).
• Third-party SDK data: Data collected by integrated third-party SDKs (see section 6).

4. Third-Party Services & SDKs

To operate and improve our Apps we integrate trusted third-party services. The primary services we use include:

Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use AdMob to show ads in our Apps. AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers (Advertising ID), device & network information, and may use location data (approximate) to serve relevant ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and device settings.

Google Firebase (Analytics, Crash Reporting, Cloud Messaging)

We use Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config) to:

• Collect anonymous analytics about app usage and user engagement.
• Detect and fix crashes and performance issues.
• Send push notifications when enabled and permitted by you.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide, maintain and improve App features and performance.
• Process in-app purchases, subscriptions and refunds.
• Serve and measure advertising (AdMob) and optimize ad delivery.
• Analyze usage patterns and fix issues (Firebase analytics & crash reporting).
• Send transactional messages such as receipts, updates and important notices.
• Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and protect rights and property.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: With Google (AdMob, Firebase), cloud hosting, analytics and other trusted vendors who process data on our behalf.
• Advertising partners: Ad networks for ad serving and measurement (only with user consent where required).
• Legal requests: To comply with laws, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; with notice to users where required.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Aggregated or anonymized analytics data may be kept longer for product improvement.

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical and technical safeguards (encryption in transit, secure servers, access controls) to protect data. While we strive to protect your information, no system can be 100% secure.

Our Apps are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Opting out of personalized ads: Use Google Ads Settings or your device settings to opt out. Uninstalling the App and revoking permissions will also stop collection from the App on that device.

11. International Transfers

Data may be processed or stored in countries outside your residence. When transfers occur, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards (contractual clauses, trusted providers) as required by applicable law.

12. Cookies & Local Storage

We and our partners may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies in apps and on websites to store preferences and enable features. Mobile apps may use internal storage and cache instead of browser cookies.

13. Google Play Data Safety

For Google Play Data Safety, you should accurately disclose data collection and sharing categories in the Play Console. Typical categories for our Apps include: App info & performance data (crash logs), Device or other IDs, Usage data, Diagnostics, and Advertising ID. Ensure per-app disclosures match actual data collected by that specific app and its integrated SDKs.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required, we will notify users through the App or other means.
